São Paulo City Council establishes the Brazil-China Parliamentary Front

In a ceremony held in the Plenary of the São Paulo City Council on May 23, the Brazil-China Parliamentary Front for Social, Economic, Financial, Entrepreneurship, and International Relations Development was established.

 

Thomas Law, president of Ibrachina, praised the initiative. “This Parliamentary Front will bring fresh air, with new ideas to address issues affecting the city of São Paulo. The committees are prepared to conduct exchanges with China in various areas, such as business and culture,” he pointed out.

 

“The Parliamentary Front is a very important initiative for deepening the Brazil-China friendship, as well as recognizing this amicable relationship between the two countries. São Paulo is at the forefront of friendship with China,” emphasized Yu Peng, the Consul General of China in São Paulo.
